MAHARANI Customer Agreement & Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and online storefront operated by MAHARANI (SILKS • JEWELLERY). By browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By using our online store, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2. Product Catalog, Variants & Pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to device display calibrations or the handwoven nature of authentic artisan products.
- Prices: All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated on the product card.
- Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the purchase price remains fixed.
3. Order Processing & Payments
An order confirmation email/SMS constitutes an acknowledgement of receipt, not a final contract of sale. Order acceptance occurs upon dispatch of your items.
- Online Payments: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, RuPay), and Wallets via secure 256-bit SSL encrypted gateways.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD availability is subject to store configuration and local PIN code serviceability limits.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
We dispatch items via insured priority courier services across India and select international destinations. Standard domestic delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days. Delivery delays caused by natural events or logistics disruptions are outside our direct control.
5. Exchange & Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy for unused items in original packaging with authentic Silk Mark / BIS tags intact. Custom-tailored or altered items are non-refundable. Please review our full return instructions or contact customer support.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content—including brand logos, imagery, product designs, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of MAHARANI and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
